1. Information We Collect

In short: We keep what you type into a form. We count visits to see which pages people read and which countries they come from, without cookies and without knowing who you are. Our web host keeps normal server logs.

When you use our website, we may collect:

Company name and role
Message content (demo requests, project inquiries, partnership discussions)

Automatically collected information:

The only information collected automatically is:

Anonymous visit statistics, counted with Umami (see section 4): the page you open, the page or website that sent you, your browser, device type, screen size and language, and the country and city your IP address points to
Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider — IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and timestamp — used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing faults
A partially masked IP address (for example 197.243.***.***) included in the notification email when you submit a form, so we can identify repeated abuse

We look at visits as totals, such as how many people opened a page this week. We do not build profiles of individual visitors or track you across other websites.

2. How We Use Information

In short: We use your details to answer you and to run our business. We never sell them.

We use your information to:

Respond to demo requests and project inquiries
Provide information about FleetDesk and our services
Send follow-up communications related to your inquiry
Improve website functionality and user experience
Maintain business and legal records
Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. FleetDesk Referrals

In short: If you ask for a FleetDesk demo, our FleetDesk team gets your contact details. FleetDesk customers get FleetDesk's own terms and privacy policy.

When you request a FleetDesk demo through this website, we share your contact details with our FleetDesk team for the purpose of scheduling and delivering your demo.

If you later become a FleetDesk customer, your use of the FleetDesk platform will be governed by FleetDesk's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which will be provided to you during onboarding and before you start using the platform.

4. Cookies and Visitor Statistics

In short: No cookies. We count visits to learn which pages people read, but we cannot tell who you are.

This website sets no cookies. It counts visits without identifying you.

We do not set cookies of any kind, not for statistics, not for advertising, and not for essential functionality. We do not use browser storage to identify you, and we load no tag managers, advertising pixels, or social media trackers.

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly statistics service, to count visits: which pages people read, how they found the site, and which countries they visit from. The counting code is served from itzhakgroup.com, and our server passes each visit on to Umami. Umami uses your IP address to work out your country and city, then does not keep it. To count unique visitors, it turns your IP address and browser into a scrambled code that changes every month. It does not follow you to other websites.

If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, your visit is not counted at all.

Because there are no cookies, there is no cookie banner. You do not need to change any browser setting to browse this site privately.

In short: Only three companies help us run this website: DigitalOcean (hosting), Postmark (email) and Umami (visit statistics). We share your data with anyone else only if the law requires it, or if our company is sold or merged.

DigitalOcean — hosting. Serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
Postmark — email delivery. Used to deliver the notification email when you submit a form.
Umami — visit statistics. Receives each page visit as described in section 4 and keeps the statistics in the European Union.

That is the complete list. We use no advertising or data-broker services. These providers are required to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.

For legal reasons:

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights and safety.

Business transfers:

If Itzhak Group is acquired or merged, your information may transfer to the new entity.

6. Data Security

In short: We protect your data, for example with HTTPS and access controls, but no system is completely safe.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:

Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
Access controls
Regular security reviews

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

In short: We keep your messages for as long as we need them. You can ask us to delete them.

We retain inquiry information as long as needed to:

Respond to your request and maintain conversation history
Comply with legal obligations
Resolve disputes
Maintain business records

You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

In short: You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or say no to some uses of it. Write to info@itzhakgroup.com and we reply within 30 days.

You have the right to:

Access - Request a copy of personal information we hold about you
Correction - Request correction of inaccurate information
Deletion - Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations)
Object - Object to certain uses of your personal information

These rights are provided under Rwanda's Law N°058/2021 of 13/10/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy, and — where it applies to you — the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

9. International Data Transfers

In short: We are in Rwanda, so if you write to us from another country, your data is processed in Rwanda.

Itzhak Group Ltd operates from Rwanda and is subject to Rwanda's Law N°058/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy. If you are located outside Rwanda, your information may be transferred to and processed in Rwanda. By using our website, you consent to this transfer.

Anonymous visit statistics are processed by Umami in the European Union.

For users in the European Union, we comply with GDPR requirements where applicable.

10. Children's Privacy

In short: This website is not for people under 18.

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

In short: When we change this policy, we change the date at the top. For big changes, we also tell you.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

For material changes, we will:

Post a notice on our website
Send email notification to active contacts (if applicable)

Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Governing Law

In short: Rwandan law applies to this policy. For people in the EU, we also follow the GDPR where it applies.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Rwanda. For users in the European Union, we comply with GDPR requirements where applicable.
